On the other hand we also assist Principals in the in-licensing process of key products which strengthen our Principals product portfolios.

A European research-driven biopharmaceutical company which had developed into a global business with operating units in most important pharmaceutical markets around the world, had an objective to acquire/in-license one or more products to complement its franchise. Medical Match concluded one licensing agreement after ten months.
A Californian based biotech company which had out-licensed its lead product candidate – an orphan drug product – for the North American market was seeking an EU27 licensing partner. On behalf of the Principal, Medical Match entered into negotiations with two qualified licensee’s and concluded a Pan-European licensing agreement with the one company that demonstrated the optimal short and longterm financial terms to our Principal.
